I am really excited to start training for a triathlon. It is a dream of mine. :)
SO EXCITED to go to the farmer’s market tomorrow! It is every Saturday and it is within walking distance from my house and I always ride my bicycle there. It’s great to get fresh locally grown produce from people who do not use pesticides or msg. :)

Anonymous asked: Hi there! I'm a girl and I'm 18 years old. I am such a picky eater its horrible I am coming to figure out. And by picky i mean the only vegetables i like are carrots and corn. The only fruit i like is cantaloupe and honey dew. And I love anything meat! How do I start eating healthy when the thought of a salad makes me want to upchuck?? I've started working out but i find my diet wont help me out with toning my body. What can I do?
I know veggies are not everyone’s favorite, but carrots and corn are a good start! I am no expert, but I would suggest starting with what flavors you know you like and try a new vegetable every week and try eating it in different ways. That way you can experiment with a variety of different veggies. There are so many ways to eat vegetables! If you are a meat eater that is good because protein helps build muscle and the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns in a day, but you have to remember to stay away from fatty/salty meats. Lean proteins are better such as skinless boneless chicken breast and broiled salmon or tilapia. Salt and fat are what most people like when eating most foods because it tastes SO GOOD! but it is bad for us in excess. Don’t forget to experiment with different spices and seasonings because that can make a huge difference. Here are some articles on eating healthy if you don’t like veggies and how to cook veggies. Hope this helps!!
