Mmmm... Couscous. What Are YOU Having For Lunch...

Doing an old favorite! Easy veggie couscous. Veggies = whatever was leftover in the fridge: sliced zucchinis, red onions, red bell peppers & tomatoes. Added some chick peas, a drizzle of olive oil & a light crumbling of feta. Delish!

Workout for Saturday
I did not get to workout on Friday because I was a little sore and I also had a lot to do and needed a rest.
Saturday I woke up and worked out and here is what I did:

I skipped Wednesday workouts all together because I lost my wallet and ran around wasting time trying to find it. Anyway, here is the workout I just did:

Wednesday
I am eating pretty much the same as yesterday, but added an apple with my salad since I was starving after I ate all my food. The tilapia I had for dinner was superb! Also, I skipped my morning workout since I worked out pretty hardcore yesterday with the weights. I will hit the gym tonight though!
2nd Workout for Tuesday
Went to the gym with my sister because she had a free pass! So I did 15 reps of around 20-40 pounds on my Triceps, Biceps, Quads, Hamstrings, Hip Abductors, Gluts, Delts and Calves. It was nice to use weights. Then I ran a mile on the treadmill. It was a great workout!
shopping for a cocktail dress and bathing suit for this cruise made me want to workout twice a day and eat super duper healthy. it’s happening. i still have an hour left at work and ate all the food i packed and am still starving. crap….

I want to lose 5-6 pounds by the time I leave for my cruise….that means I need to workout twice a day and eat 600 calories a day. I don’t think this will happen. I think the most I will lose is 4 pounds… but that is better than nothing! 2 pounds a week is not bad!

Here is the workout I did this morning:
5 Minute Warm Up
This is what I did 4 times:
100 Jump Rope Jumps (2nd was high knees, 3rd was jumping jacks, 4th was jumps again)
20 Prisoner Squats with L & R Knee Up
30 Side-Middle-Side V-up Crunches
I was sweating a lot and it felt really good! Can’t wait to workout tonight!!

I have started today off great! got up at 7am, worked out a bit and then made all my meals for the day. I am going to the gym tonight with my sister too! Today I have my meals all planned out:
