i really want to workout today
but i do not feel well :( i did not workout friday, saturday or sunday either, but it is okay because i worked out 3 times last week. even though that is my minimum for the week i still did it. so i will have to do it tomorrow, wednesday, thursday and friday. my goal is to workout at least 4 times. that is a good goal!

I have been looking at my food intake and noticed that I really do not even eat that much meat to begin with, so this should not be difficult. My Goal

Ginger Pecan Muffins with Quinoa
Just made these bad boys and they are soooo delicious! They are only 118 Calories per muffin too and have whole grains. I have the recipe in an earlier post and I did not have Bisquick so I used Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, & Crisco instead to substitute. Also, I used dried cranberries instead of apricots bc that is what I had available. Try it out!
