i have had it since yesterday morning and it hurts :( just go away, i cant really do anything when i have it.
i really want to workout today
but i do not feel well :( i did not workout friday, saturday or sunday either, but it is okay because i worked out 3 times last week. even though that is my minimum for the week i still did it. so i will have to do it tomorrow, wednesday, thursday and friday. my goal is to workout at least 4 times. that is a good goal!

I have been looking at my food intake and noticed that I really do not even eat that much meat to begin with, so this should not be difficult. Just made these bad boys and they are soooo delicious! They are only 118 Calories per muffin too and have whole grains. I have the recipe in an earlier post and I did not have Bisquick so I used Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, & Crisco instead to substitute. Also, I used dried cranberries instead of apricots bc that is what I had available. Try it out!

So I did one of my older workouts and did pretty well! I beat a lot of my scores too. :) This only took 12 minutes and it was 10/50 second intervals with 3 rounds of the following:

i am a little upset with myself
i let myself slack and cheated on eating and stopped my workouts, but i do not want to give up. i gained a few pounds back but not much, this is what i was afraid of. i wanted to be at 117/118 and instead i stopped at 120. blehhh, ok well i need to stop complaining and start doing something about it. i am just so weak when it comes to delicious food!
