I need to take advantage of this warmer December weather and go running!! Today is the day!
Fat vs Protein/Carbs
It takes your body longer to digest fats than proteins or carbs, which means your stomach is fuller longer. Just something to think about :)
so i miss that feeling. where did it go? i want to have it back when i am with you. why has it gone?
All this studying prevents me from working out.
I need to MAKE time to workout. Hmph.
i have 3 finals to take and 2 days to study for each.

Gain Muscle, Lose Fat.
This is the best way for weight loss. Muscle has a higher energy demand than fat, which means it uses up a lot more energy than fat does. Even though muscle weighs more than fat, increasing your muscle mass means you would be using up more energy and increase your BMR (basal metabolic rate), which will increase weight loss.

as long as i am eating healthy and working out at least 3 times a week i am on the right track to maintaining my weight. i am loving myself more and more each day.

Workout from Yesterday!!
Part 1: Jump Forward-2 Jumps Back-Dynamic Push-Up: 30 reps
This took me 5’ 13” (i beat my last time of 5’-43”)
Part 2: High Knee Jump Ropes & Jumping Jack Jump Ropes: 5 Rounds Each for 20 seconds each and 10 second break. Try to complete as many reps as you can.
High Knees-25, 30, 18, 30, 24
Jumping Jacks-20, 37, 42, 25, 28
