Mmmm... Couscous. What Are YOU Having For Lunch...

Doing an old favorite! Easy veggie couscous. Veggies = whatever was leftover in the fridge: sliced zucchinis, red onions, red bell peppers & tomatoes. Added some chick peas, a drizzle of olive oil & a light crumbling of feta. Delish!
